Covid-19 update 25 March: Online training and support to use the Star remotely with clients
We recognise that organisations using the Outcomes Star are having to respond quickly to measures to slow the spread of Covid-19, including finding new ways to support their service users.
The Outcomes Star can be used well by phone or video link. We also now offer Outcomes Star training remotely, can support you to transfer to remote support and continue to respond to any issues with implementation. We are not currently delivering training or holding meetings face to face but are well set up to respond by phone, email and in video meetings. We can offer advice on what is needed for remote training. The current Star Online upgrade is continuing.
