Outcomes Star Prices - from July 2025
Outcomes Star provide dedicated support to licensed organisations – this includes:
- named contact from the team in your region
- helpdesk service for Outcomes Star Online
- access to free webinars, implementation resources and flexible support.
All practitioners using Outcomes Star with the people they support must have a licence and complete Outcomes Star training.
UK Prices (GBP)
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Account Fee
Account Fee: £255 (includes 1 licence for your Account Lead) per year
Assistant Account Leads: £50 (unlimited number of Assistant Account Leads) per year
Licences
Licence: £41 per year, per practitioner/Outcomes Star Online login
Legacy Licences per year (existing Legacy Licence holders only)
Up to 4 licences: £225
Up to 16 licences: £450
Additional licences: £21
Training (includes materials; does not include travel expenses for face-to-face courses)
Licensed Trainers
£2,500 per person for Year 1 (includes 2 day course and trainer materials)
£1,250 per person per subsequent years (includes ongoing support and CPD programme)

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
