Updates to our terms and prices for smaller organisations

We’re removing the minimum number of licences, currently set at 16.

This will make it easier for your organisation to just pay for what you need, whilst making the benefits of our specialist Outcomes Star Online web application more accessible for smaller organisations and projects.

We’re phasing out specific license types for organisations who choose not to use Triangle’s web application for the Outcomes Star.

We want to encourage all organisations to get the benefits of our Outcomes Star Online web application for Star practice, and for data analysis and reporting.  We’re busy piloting integration features to support ”seamless” use of the Outcomes Star Online alongside other software (we’re looking for organisations to pilot this with us – see here for more information.)

Since the introduction of licence fees for the Outcomes Star, our prices have never increased.

During that time, we have:

• Expanded our support for organisations with service delivery and implementing the Outcomes Star effectively – see more information on our implementation support here
• Invested in a completely new platform for the Outcomes Star Online web application, including new features and reports – see our new promotional video here
• Committed to keeping the Outcomes Stars up to date with new editions and new resources – including Home Star, the Family Stars and later this year, My Star for working with children

With the rising cost of living and challenging external environment, our new pricing will allow us to continue to invest in and improve the Outcomes Stars, the Outcomes Star Online and the support Triangle provide.

We’ll be moving to a fixed account fee of £250.00 per account (which includes 1 licence for the Account Lead).  Additional licences will cost £40.00 per person per year. (All prices are exclusive of VAT.) Click here for prices in other currencies for those based outside the UK.
