The Outcomes Star™ is a unique suite tools for supporting and measuring change when working with vulnerable people.

There are 14 versions of the Outcomes Star carefully adapted for different client groups and services, including older people, mental health, families, work...
It is widely used and endorsed. Versions have been funded by the Department of Health, the Big Lottery, Camden Council, NESTA, and over 30 other organisations including several NHS Trusts
Available to download and use for free in paper format – on condition that no changes are made. Licences are available for online or commercial use and inclusion in paperwork
Support for implementation including training and the the Star Online web application.

Recovery Star conference
