The Outcomes Star for homelessness was the original Star, and today it is often used as a generic complex needs tool as well as for people experiencing homelessness.
Home Star – the Homelessness Star revisited
The Home Star is the latest version (2022) of our original Outcomes Star for housing and other needs – often called the Homelessness Star. The Home Star brings this Star up to date, responding to changes in the sector and iseven more trauma-informed and client-centered.
Young Person’s Star
The Young Person’s Star is specifically designed for work with young people moving to independent living including young care leavers, those leaving young offender institutions and those experiencing homelessness or transition.Tenancy Star
The Tenancy Star is designed for tenants living in social housing or in private rented accommodation, and who may be at risk of losing their tenancy or experience other difficulties. It is a lighter-touch Star that is designed to be quicker to complete for housing associations and other providers.
Independent Living Star
The Independent Living Star has been designed for adults being supported to live in their own homes as independently as possible. Suitable for older people, people with physical disabilities and others needing additional support to be independent.
