Marie has experience in Criminal Justice and Mental Health. As Co-Director, Marie has overall responsibility for the organisation and Outcomes Stars, as well as overseeing training and implementation support for practitioners, managers and funders in the UK and internationally. Marie also works at Music Venues in Brighton and enjoys volunteering at Festivals.
