Outcomes Star and supervision training

Boosting the understanding and skills needed to use the Star effectively in supervision

Embedding the Outcomes Star into supervision processes is vital for effectively implementing and using the tool across an organisation.

This half-day course aims to build on existing supervision skills so that managers and supervisors are able to integrate the Outcomes Star into their supervision practice. The course will ensure a solid foundation of knowledge about how to use the Star effectively and practical support and guidance for delivering effective supervision sessions with the Star.

This course has been designed for managers, supervisors and others with responsibility for overseeing / supporting / supervising the work of staff using the Outcomes Star with service users. Managers attending this training should have already previously completed core Star training.

The course will be run in-house at an organisation for a maximum of 8 participants per session.
