Farida spent over a decade working in Early Help supporting children and families. She is trained to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a qualified Geography teacher. Farida is a Trainer and Implementation Lead for London and the home counties. During her spare time Farida writes dystopian fiction and performs spoken word poetry.
