Young Person's Star™

Development: The pilot version of the Young Person's Star was developed with and is currently being piloted by 1625 Independent People in Bristol and Coram. This Outcomes Star is suitable for young care leavers, homeless young people and those leaving Youth Offender Institutes and will capture and support the transition to a stable home and adult life.

Status: This Star development is so far supported only to the pilot stage;  all versions of the Outcomes Star rely on collaborators to provide expertise, time and funding and we need further collaborators to complete the Young Person's Star. Collaboration is an opportunity to influence the development and collaborators will have access to this tool at the pilot stage - significantly ahead of publication as a sector resource - in addition to acknowledgement.
