Triangle Consulting created the Outcomes Star™. We are committed to building a suite of high quality, accessible tools that both support service users in making progress towards their goals and provide meaningful outcomes information for learning and service improvement. In order to do this we provide the following services:
- Training
- For managers in implementing the Star and equipping them to cascade training to keyworkers
- For keyworkers in using the Star
- For those responsible for analysing and learning from Star data
- For commissioners who want to use the Star in commissioning.
- Consultancy support for organisations and commissioners on the implementation process

Work with sector bodies, commissioners, trusts and government departments to develop new versions of the Star for particular sectors and to promote and support the use of the Star within those sectors
- Benchmarking and research and evaluation services to help organisations and sector bodies to use the Star and other information to learn about what works in service delivery

Briefings and events to promote cross-sector learning on good practice in using the Star for keywork, service improvement and evidencing success.
