New Stars reach pilot stage
An Older Person’s Star, Family Star, Music Therapy Star and Sexual Health Star have all reached pilot stage and yet more are on the way. All of these versions of the Outcomes Star are being or are about to be piloted and will be published next year.
The Older Person’s Star has been commissioned by four London Boroughs (Camden, Brent, Westminster and Hammersmith and Fulham) and is generating considerable interest around the country as commissioners get to grips with new outcomes requirements and the move to self directed support.
The Family Star is being developed with Camden Council and focuses on the ability of parents to ensure their children’s well-being.
Our partner Brook is just about to pilot the Sexual Health Star and Coram is currently piloting the Outcomes Star for children in music therapy. Triangle Consulting have just started work on a Community Star with Groundwork UK.
We are seeking partners to develop versions of the Outcomes Star for key remaining client groups and are in discussion with people about Outcomes Stars for learning disability, carers and domestic violence services, among others. Please do get in touch if you would like any further information or to give us your feedback on the Outcomes Star.
