Development: Triangle with 10 collaborators including four NHS Trusts, one local authority and five service providers from the voluntary and independent sectors.
Status: The Life Star is now complete. It will be formally launched in the autumn and will then be available to download here but is now available to pioneer users. Pioneer users must purchase training in order to receive the materials and some will have the opportunity to present themselves as case studies at the launch or on this website.
